บ้านโมเดิร์น Modern Brick Courtyard House:
A gentle brick facade combined with textured paint and teak wood screens defines the warm and refined character of this home. The site , being long and narrow – approximately 70 meters deep and 20-25 meters wide-requires careful consideration in breaking down the building mass. The design creates a graceful spatial sequence through three courtyards, that serve as focal points, bringing natural light and ventilation deep into the house.
The first courtyard offer a warm welcome while providing privacy from the outside.
The second courtyard forms a cozy, secluded pocket garden for intimate living.
The third courtyard acts as transitional space, connecting the main house to a smaller annex (party club) and opening up to a large green area on the northern side.

ความสงบ ความเป็นสัดเป็นส่วน พื้นที่ส่วนตัวสูงเกิดจากการวางผังแปลนบ้านรูป F-Shape โดยแต่ละcourtyard เฉลียง มีจุดสนใจ (Focal point เป็นต้นไม้)
การทอนสเกล ความลึกของที่ดิน ด้วย Courtyard ต้นไม้ ทำให้การเข้าถึงพื้นที่แต่ละส่วน ด้วยการเดิน เห็นสวนด้านซ้าย-ขวา สลับกันไปมามีช่องแสง มีการระบายอากาศ

อิฐโชวแนว และระแนงไม้สัก ถูกใช้เป้นเปลือกด้านหน้าอาคาร เป็นวัสดุที่ทนทาน ดูแลรักษาง่าย ‘สัจจะวัสดุ’
โถงสูงกลางบ้าน sharing space ช่วยเรื่องการระบายอากาศ ทำให้บ้านโปร่ง วัสุดปิดผิวเป็นหินอ่อน ไวท์วีนัส พื้นเป็นลายก้างปา (หินนอกจากการดูแลรักษาง่าย และสวยงาม แล้วมีการนำความร้อนสูง(heat conduction) แต่เมื่อวางติดดินและไม่โดนแสงแดด ผู้ใชสอยอาคารจะรูสึกว่าพื้นบ้านเย็นเกือบตลอดเวลาเพราะเวลาเท้าสัมผัสหินจะนำความร้อนออกจากร่างกายได้เร็ว สร้างสภาวะน่าสบาย (human comfort)
