บ้านโมเดิร์น Pibol Modern House

บ้านโมเดิร์น Pibol Modern House area approximate 350 sq.m and features a large terrace on the northeast side. The house is located in Bangkok, Thailand, close to a four-story apartment building that overlooks it. Our primary objectives in planning this residence include:

-Designing a four-bedroom L-shaped house that provides privacy from neighboring properties.
-Creating an enclosed terrace on the northeast side to enhance privacy and promote natural ventilation.
-Ensuring the building’s orientation provides effective shading for the courtyard during the afternoon hours

อาคารบ้านพักอาศัย พิบูลย์ พื้นที่ประมาณ 350 ตารางเมตร หลังนี้อยู่ใกล้ อพาร์ตเมน สูง 4 ชั้น ทางทิศตะวันตก เพื่อความเป็นส่วนตัวของเจ้าของบ้าน ทางทีมงานออกแบบให้ อาคาร เป็นลักษณะ L-shape หันให้ มีเฉลียง courtyard ด้านทิศ เหนือ และ ตะวันออก
