Ramindra Tropical Pool Villa | พูลวิลล่ารามอินทรา situated in Bangkok, Thailand, designed by the W.O.N Architect team with N-Vithit Construction as the Contractor design and build. The house features a central swimming pool as its main attraction visible from every room. The L-shaped layout creates an entrance courtyard, serving as a wind tunnel to enhance natural ventilation and visibility between rooms.

-To Align with the house owner’s desire for full-height glazing on the southern facade, our team has incorporated a cantilevered over hang to offer shading throughout the residence. This strategy aims to efficiently reduce heat absorption area to the house.

-The combination of a double-layered metal sheet roof and reinforced concrete (R.C.) structure, featuring an air gap for insulation, serves the purpose of effectively mitigating solar heat radiation from entering the house

-The western facade is constructed as an inevitable solid cavity wall designed to mitigate heat. Our team has endeavored to incorporate a corner window in the inner study room, aiming to enhance its spaciousness and visual appeal

ทีมงานดับบลิวโอเอ็น ออกแบบและก่อสร้างร่วมกัน น.วิทิตก่อสร้าง งานออกแบบอาคาร L-shape มีสระว่ายน้ำอยู่ตรงกลาง ทำให้ ทุกๆห้องในบ้านสามารถมองเห็นสระว่ายโดยมีพื้นที่สีเขียวเป็นBackground. ทีมงานออกแบบให้มีช่องว่างระหว่างอาคารเพื่อให้ลมจากทิศใต้สามารถผ่านได้ ส่วนเปลือกอาคารด้านหน้าหันทางทิศตะวันตก จำเป็นต้องเพิ่มครีบคอนกรีต กันแดดทางแนวตั้ง ในการวางผังเจ้าของบ้านและผู้ออกแบบเห็นควรว่าเป็นตำแหน่งของ ห้องออกกำลังกาย และห้องน้ำ เพราะห้องน้ำทำหน้าที่เป็นฉนวนให้กับบ้าน ส่วนห้องออกกำลังกาย เป็นห้องที่ใช้ในช่วงเช้า แดดบริเวณนี้มาช่วงบ่ายเย็น
